And then, if you are a member, you can always upgrade to the phone options and you can talk to me directly, but it’s a great option if you don’t have the time just to talk on the phone, just to ask us your questions and we’ll get back to you.
It also helps if you send us medical records, that’s all part of being a member. Sometimes we do need to quote for reviewing medical records separately, depending on the volume. Sometimes clients come to us for months of medical records in ICU and that could be thousands of pages, but if it’s a few pages, we can always review them as part of the membership.
